Marketing Executive
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
· Adapts and implements the Group’s Marketing strategy in the local markets (Albania & Kosovo) in cooperation with the Group Marketing Manager, the General Manager and the Commercial Director of the company.
· Prepares the Marketing plan with clear objectives, strategic planning and actions according to realistic and agreed timeframes in cooperation with the GM and the Sales Force of the company.
· Implements and monitors the Marketing Plan, controls all Marketing actions, evaluates the achievement of targets and suggests improvements (objectives and product mix).
· Implements successfully marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in Albania & Kosovo
· Prepares the content plan of the company by indicating the main objectives and topics to share with the audience.
· Analyses and evaluates online presence of the company in social media and allocates necessary duties to the digital marketing specialist
· Monitors and evaluates the update of the website onto CMS and implementation of SEO strategy of the group
· Makes proposals, coordinates and controls all promotional actions (media, digital marketing, exhibitions, events, brochures etc.)
· Organizes the presence of the company and represents the company in exhibitions and other events.
· Creates and sends newsletters according to a specific plan in cooperation with the HQ (Group Marketing Department)
· Writes content for newspaper articles, press releases, interviews, newsletters, social media. Chooses the content depending on the audience (architects, fabricator etc)
· Cooperates and coordinates to the advertising company for launching campaigns and evaluates weekly reports to further report to the GM and Top Management
· Utilizes all marketing tools to create MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads), analyze and categorizes them through CRM.
· Inspects and conducts marketing research of the online presence of competition in cooperation with digital marketing specialist.
· Conducts markets research or surveys in order to define the position of the company and its competitors in the market and to evaluate the customers’ satisfaction level.
· Selects and trains its subordinates in cooperation with the Human Resources Department. Supports, motivates and evaluates their performance and competences according to the internal procedures.
· Selects, cooperates, coordinates and evaluates advertising and marketing agencies, as well as market research & strategic analysis companies.
· Assures the proper operation of the Showroom and the tracking systems of visits to follow up and handle them to sales.
Required Skills / Knowledge
· Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, interpersonal relationships, good argumentation skills, good organizational skills, social media and internet literate
· 1 - 3 years’ experience in Marketing department of a well-organized preferably multinational company, good use of social media and familiar with webpages use, CRM knowledge as a preferable characteristic
· Business Administration or Marketing graduate
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Excellent knowledge of English language
